Mostly Paleo lunch for my 12hr mid

Okay, so the yogurt is not paleo...but coconut macaroons, almond flour/coconut blackberry muffins, bacon green onion omelet with some turkey breast lunch meat, and stir fry veggies with chicken breast. Oh and cantaloupe.

I'll let you know how it goes. :D (the food and the long shift)
